1/25 Text Messages
 

I have a strange problem (more of an annoyance) that I haven't been able to find a solution for. When on the text message tab of manilla, even if I have more then 25 messages it will only say I have 25 messages.

Note the following screen shots. The first one shows 1/25 text messages. After I delete the message the next message comes up and shows 1/25. After I delete enough of them it will go to 1/24, 1/23 etc.

Any ideas out there?

This is a stock 6.1 ROM.

Hmm I had a weird problem like that too, and for shits and giggles I downloaded the 2016 SMS fix and it fixed the problem for me...

I think I downloaded that fix also. I will have to double check though. Maybe just do it again and see if it helps.

That's just a manila limitation as that tab is a preview window. No matter how many thousands of texts or emails you have the highest number manila will ever preview for you is 25. In the actual email program you will see all your messages however. AFAIK there are no updates/hacks/ROMs that will change that.

Naa there is a fix for it, I just am havin a brainfart... It may have been a Reg Edit as well, I'll think of it sooner or later..

I thought it was just a limitation that Manila could only load 25 messages...

I wouldn't mind a reg tweak to increase it
