I finally got this figured out it was a problem in phoneAlarm when you go to the "Extras Tab" in the Config Screen you go to the drop down Menu and pick "Custom LED Colors" once your in that screen you hit "Options / LED Setup" then there is a spot that says Vibrate and it say "LED 1" and there is a "Test" Button next to it if you activate that Button it Vibrates now I switched that option to "LED 0" and the Problem is finally gone I have no Clue why this would be in the LED Colors Setup but that's where I found it so Goodbye to the Fake "Your Warranty is about to expire" BS Calls buzzing my Phone across the Table at Night Time and more...
