Disabling Sense 2.5 Internet Shortcuts Screenshots?
 

Hello I am on Mr. X Rom and I have all 10 shortcuts filled in on the Internet Tab in Sense 2.5. Problem is the Internet tab is slow at loading and scrolling to other tabs when all of the preview screenshots are filled in. I was wondering if there was a way to disable the preview screenshots of the webpages on the Internet Tab (.cab or Reg Edit). I searched and could not find anything on this. Thanks in advance.

I believe the shortcuts you are referring to are push internet shortcuts. I suggest you remove some or most of these shortcuts to speed things up and/or disable push internet.

There not.. They're just standard Sense 2.5 thumnail shortcuts. It runs much faster when getting rid of the website thumbail and just having the blank globe image. Sorted it out yesterday though.

To sort it out, you must first add all you're bookmarks. Then once all the thumbnail website images have appeared go to the folder \windows\thumbnail
and delete all the files within. Now the website images will no longer appear and the internet tab will be much much faster and less of a ram drain.

If you add/replace a new bookmark though, then it will reappear and you'll need to follow the steps before.
