strangest dialing issue
 

I know this is weird and crazy but here's my problem. When I dial a number, it doesn't show. No digits show up. the number is there because it dials correctly, I just can't see it to know if I am dialing it correctly or not. I just rebooted with a new ROM from Caulkins Kitchen but didn't change anything related to the dialer. Anyone know the registry settings so I can see if I can change the font color? or anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I did have DINKS glossy dialer installed but uninstalled it and still doing it so not sure that is it. I'm bumfuzzled! :)

sounds like your dialer mod that you uninstalled caused an issue. I know you don't want to, but i'd reset that device and start over. i'd guarantee you this is a mod problem.

worth a shot. I use spb backup so no problem to restore. And last backup was before the issue started :)

DINKs glossy dialer was not the issue. For some reason it is happening after I restore from the backup file. It wasn't happening BEFORE I loaded the new ROM, doesn't happen before I restore, so it's something in the backup file. Guess I will hard reset and manually reinstall everything! grrr

or use a different backup. alot of people use MyPhone, so you might can give that a try.
