Quick Question USC to Sprint?
 

Hello and thank you for reading,

I want to know will I be able to activate a US Celluar Touch Pro 2 on Sprint after I go through the process of unlocking it? Will Sprint accept my IMEI number or how do I go about enabling it to work on the Sprint Network without a Sim Card?

the sim card is for international roaming. sprint is cdma like usc. but yes, you need to somehow get sprint to accept the meid of your phone. I doubt you'll make it happen, but your attempt will make a good letter to your elected officials.

I was going to spend the money for the sim/radio unlock but thought about it, because I remembered how strict Sprint was with accepting various phones..

So for the people saying that they got a Iphone on Sprint, they are pretty much not telling the truth, correct?

Correct. There is no CDMA iPhone.

As a rule, Sprint will NOT activate a non-Sprint branded phone. Have people gotten them activated? Sure, with a hack, which I dont think you will find on this site :)
