program manager and "x" to close opera

I had to hard reset now I lost the program manager next to the battery icon and when I "x" out of opera it doesn't close. I have the touch pro clean up installed and co0kies home tab customizer. I know I could search around but am mobile so it's difficult to do so. Thanks for the help.

agree with Wesley762. ....but since i use a tp as well.......

go to Start>Settings>System>Task Manager>Button tab. make sure to enable both options.
