MMS Settings/Call Forward
 
I have Rhodium500 Touch Pro2 from Verizon Wireless, but I am using the phone in Pakistan. I can't configure MMS Settings as in MMS Options the GSM Servers Settings appear disabled.

Secondly I can't find Call forward option in Phone Settings. Can someone please help me with this.
