tried flashing a new radio and its stuck. can someone help?

where did you get the radio? what version is it? if you're on the bootloader screen, just hit the reset button and it will reboot.

it says touch pro under you user name. if thats correct, you're in the wrong place. if thats not correct, please change it.

smells like they tried one of the sim unlock radios.

tried reseeting it and it keeps going to that screen with writting in the back of it saying ......code error, please try again

never heard of that. if that's a gsm rom, then your screwed. pull the battery for a couple minutes, then put it into bootloader mode, then flash the sprint stock rom.
