The Eris isn't even listed anymore for purchase. So, you must be correct.

This is one of the reasons I didn't hop on the EVO, I'm sure within due time Sprint will have a bigger badder toy to mess with.. =)

TP2's have been out of stock for quite a while. I'll be sad to see them disappear from Verizon altogether... :/

That's always true with both phnes and computers. The EVO is a great example of what you can get stuck with if you jump to new tech too soon however.

What do you think the EVO will be worth as soon as the newer models with better battery life, a hardware KB and an AMOLED screen (& maybe an even faster processor) become available?

At that point, EVOs will be about $50 on craigs list.

+100 finally somebody besides me who realizes you don't jump on the "first" of its kind type a phone,i think ppl see specs and forget the "first" of it's kind is merely a stepping stone as to what is already being developed for the next phones in the same lineup that the EVO is in
