Sprint TP2 lost activation all of a sudden
 

So I was watching the US-Algeria game on Sprinttv, when the picture started freezing and breaking. So I closed Sprinttv, and saw my connection was now 1x with a white triangle, and not EV as before. So I soft reset the phone, and it still comes back as 1x. And then I get a prompt to login asking for username, password and domain. I had no clue what to enter here, so i cancelled out. After that I cant place calls or use the data. I called Sprint tech support and she went through getting me to reset, update profile(which failed) and finally hard reset. After the hard reset, handsfree activation failed, and also update profile failed. She said she will call me back. I have an SPL unlocked phone but was running the stock sprint 6.5 rom.

can u believe it...its a citywide outage, and it has been going on for 10 hours now. I called up the store and they let me know. The phone tech said she didnt see an outage in my area.

i did a reverse configuration reset on my tp last night by doing ##768#...haven't been able to get data since activating the phone on my account almost 3 weeks ago. reset everything and waited for the phone to boot up and configure. after that...everything was working fine...data and voice. tp is spl unlocked.

not saying you that's what you should do...but i did it as the last resort. but something else came up though...minor. username on my device profile not matching with my name..LOL. not gonna worry about it...got my phone working like it should be.

Ya that just sucks, We have Qwest DSL (I know not Cell service) in the area that I live in and there service is UP and DOWN all the time. I always knew when it was down because of the place I worked, we would get about 30 call's within 20 minutes with are customers complaining of no internet would work.
