Yeah like everyone has said, it's completely fine to run with, just don't trip and fall on it. I personally use the app endomondo to track my runs, and use it also as a music player while I run.

i am a landscaper and use my phone as a music player, txt msg all day and take and email pics to clients, and sketch designs while outside all day. my phone is in a case with a screensaver, but it is still quite the tough trooper. it is dropped frequently, wet frequently while working on irrigation, handled with dirty or muddy hands, and it keeps on keepin on.

I'm an aircraft mechanic and I am constantly having to roll around on metal surfaces and sweat like a pig in this georgia heat, no issues what so ever, well none except for the random droid loser coming to show me something that his phone does and then walks off after I one up his azz
