i switched to windows default ui a couple months ago because ever since i installed the sprint 6.5 update, everything was sluggish. i want to use sense, but is there any program or tips to prevent the lag? ive kinda been wantin to try the custom roms, (leaning towards mightrom) but im honestly afraid of messin up my fone in the process. so can someone point me in the direction of an easy to install lightweight rom w/ no mms complications?

first off, you'll have to "unlock" your phone first before flashing any ROMs. Issue right now being that the "unlocker" may or may not be supported any more. Go to the upgrade section for the TP2, and check out the sticky that deals with the HSPL.

My suggestion for now, is to give one of the more popular Manila Mods (max manila, Cookies Home Tab) a try and see if that improves your overall user experience.
