PPCGeeks - Phone Connection Issues

I have, approximately, a 3 month old Touch Pro 2 on US Cellular service. Can anyone tell me why (I have been flashing for about 1 and a half months now, so I know I didn't screw something up) my phone can't get weather data at all for "My Location," and also why my connection drops after sometime? For about 2 weeks now, randomly, my weather for "My Location" won't update. Says No data available... Yet if I type in a city, it gets the data immediately...

For my Data Connection, if I soft reset, I can get good connection, really good connection, but for some reason, after some time, idk if it just drops or if it happens when I get into a zone where I have very low to no signal and it loses connection for a second, once I lose connection, I can NOT get connection again until I soft reset. I get calls and texts the same rate, but my data connection will not connect after it loses connection after a soft reset... It just keeps popping up the message saying can't connect for some unknown reason everytime I try to establish the data connection or get on an app that needs internet.

Yes I have done QuickGPS, yes I set up my phone to allow the use of extracting data in order to locate my position, yes I've task 29'd, flashed to stock, and re-flashed back to the custom ROM (Xpress Anastasia, newest version) multiple times. With downloading the ROM, task29.exe, and stock ROM each time.

Any ideas on why I can't get "My Location" weather data at all, and why my data connection fails and refuses to reconnect after? I find it odd that it's having problems after only about 3 months, when I never had a problem with my LG rumor for over 2 years...

I've been busy with work for the past couple of days, and will be for the next couple as well, so I won't have time to take my phone to USC until Tuesday. Hopefully we can get this fixed so I don't have to go through the trouble of USC customer service -.- thanks!
