Re: screen unresponsive
Im far from the grammar police... but there isnt a single period in that entire post... very hard to understand...
sounds like the "Align Screen" came up randomly? kinda weird, if thast's the case. did the phone hard reset? or did it "pocket navigate" to the screen settings? did you try using the stylus to press the crosshair? sounds like you tried flashing a new ROM and the screen still doesnt respond. but then it sounds like it does, cuz the screen "lights up" (per your post)... im confused... |
Re: screen unresponsive
I forgot to lock my phone before it went in my phone. When i pulled my phone out it had the "Align Screen", but i didnt bother doing it, and it went back in my pocket. When i wanted to use my phone, i tried touching the screnn and it would just get a little brighter, but it would not navigate to where i wanted to it just stayed on the main screen. I then flashed the rom and it still doing the same thing it wont go to where i wnt to, it just brightes up

Use MyMobiler on your PC to navigate to the screen alignment utility (Start Settings > System > Screen > Click the "Align Screen" button). Then use the stylus to tap the crosshairs as they dance around the screen. My bet is what ahppened is that your pocket did the screen alignment for you, now you alignment is way off, thus the screen is not registering your taps in the correct location. |
Re: screen unresponsive
What about flashing back to stock, it will want you to calibrate the screen as the first step...

Re: screen unresponsive
well i did try to align the screen, what i did was pressed both the volume buttons at the same time and the Align screen poped up, i tried to tap the crosshairs n still nothing, i even held the stylus there for a moment and still no luck

Re: screen unresponsive
flash it back to stock, hard reset it, if still not working, time for a trip to the cellular store.
