Leo volume overlay on Sprint stock rom?
 

Currently running the Sprint stock rom (have to unfortunately) and I wanted to know if there is a way to enable the Leo volume overlay, the semi transparent overlay with the green volume bar (pic below).
The overlay files HTCVolumeLeo2ndTransparentOverlay.png & HTCVolumeLeo2ndTransparentOverlay_L.png are part of the stock rom but so far only the simple black and white overlay shows up in the top/corner of the screen when you adjust the volume in a player. I tried adjusting registry entries in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\VolumeOverlay but looks like I cant enable it there.

Why do you have to run the stock sprint rom..?

I have a stock sprint tp2 and a stock hd2, they both have the 1 st picture. I haven't seen the second one on my hd2.

I've seen it on a lot of custom roms like NRG's rom
I use the stock rom because no one has figured out how to get DRM working on custom roms. I use my phone with my rhapsody to go account. It's more convenient than carrying around another device.

maybe pm nrg and he'll provide a cab....? i haven't seen that mod here or at xda.

bump, i would also like to use the HD2 volume overlay as well. is this possible?
