Unable to unlock device
I had a problem a couple days ago where I was unable to unlock my device (Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2) with my passcode. I am 100% sure my passcode was correct but could not get the device to unlock. I eventually had to hard reset (and then I updated the ROM to the latest "Sprint Lovers"). I was just curious if anyone else has seen anything like this before. Luckily I try to keep things backed up in case of updates to ROMs. Thanks in advance.

Re: Unable to unlock device
It's happened to me before. Installing certain programs causes this to happen if you have your phone password enabled. I have personally had it happen with Swype, and from what I hear, enabling CHT device lock while you have your password enabled causes the same thing to happen. There are probably other programs that cause this to happen, but I don't know which ones do.

Re: Unable to unlock device
If you're using the latest CHT 1.8 you need to remove your passcode before loading up CHT or it will lock you out requiring a HR. Not sure if this is the case with you, just putting it out there.
