Annoying Contacts pops up after phonecall
 

After making a phonecall, contacts pops up. I have been trying for the last week trying to disable or stop it from popping up. Anyone else experienced this or know how to fix this annoying pop up? I have no 3rd app controlling my contacts or phone. Nor any phone service app, like assistance or call block apps.

I tried googling and searching forums, no luck.
