Do, I have to go back stock to trade in my TP2 at Radio Shack?
 

I might trade in my TP2 tomorrow. So I was wondering will Radio Shack trip out If I give them a phone with a flashed rom?

If so, All I need to do is flash the stock rom right?

Are you actually "trading it in" or are you just doing an upgrade??

I have done this plenty of times & you usually keep your old phone when doing this.......

i didnt know radio shack did trade ins how much will they give u for the tp2? can u trade in any old phone?

yea, they do trade ins. they dont offer much but i dont feel like going on craigslist dealing with flakey people. i might lose some money but whatever.

Why not sell it on this site and save yourself $100 since their trade in value is probably really low

+1 on what drewcam said. depending on what condition your unit is in...you'll make way more compared to the chump change the shack is offering you.

since I don't know how much Radio Shack is offering...I DO know that you can "recycle" your phone thru Sprint for $82 provided that it'll power up an such.

I do suggest to sell to a third party...since you can most definitely get more for your device.

I sold my TP to a co-worker of mine for 150...and I remained his tech support...flashing ROM's and tweaks and such.

I would re-flash just to be on the safe side. better to be safe than sorry especially if you have the necessary files and the time.
