HELP! Need to send in my TP2 for service. How exactly do I flash to factory Sprint??
 

I've put the Rhodium on and need to send my TP2 back to Sprint for service.

I can't seem to use any of the flash utilities to revert to Sprint factory.

There must be multiple steps that I'm missing but I can't figure it out.

Every one I try gets 1% after the striped bar and says it can't flash.

Please help!

download either of the 2 sprint stock roms here to your desktop, then connect phone to computer with usb cable, establishing an activesync connection, then open the stock rom you downloaded to your desktop.
when thats done, do the same thing with the relocker, here

secondly I highly suggest you first learn how to revert any custom roms before you actually install them. That way you are never in a pickle when need to relock.

Please tell me you're not sending it back to HTC! I did that and got screwed. Had to pay 30 bucks to get my phone back, still broken, when it was under warranty.

Nope. I have a 12 month warranty with Assurion. It's overheating and when it does, it won't charge. Then it cools off and works fine for a while (few days sometimes) then does it again. I get a NEW model with another 12 MONTH warranty, delivered in 2 days free. Well worth having the sprint warranty coverage!

Now, save me some time please and let me know when I get my new model how again to unlock and flash to the latest version for Sprint.

I'd sure appreciate it.

Here is the link for the unlocker. Your phone should come with the newest ROM from Sprint.
