Does anyone have or no of a .cab/app/program to create beats like the beat drum on the iphone/itouch.:rr:

have you looked at Handango.com they have a ton of apps and things. also if you look at the top of this page they have a store where you can look for software.

I look at both app stores and i didnt find the app im looking for any where else i can look

Actually theres a fairly high quality beat maker, including drums and 11 instruments. I believe its called Aurora, and its very technical. However, it also can be put into a simple mode if youre just looking to tool around. There are also tutorials on youtube if you end up being interested in it.

Griff is the hands down best beat making app on any platform (and it happens to be on WinMo).

The app on the iphone/itouch that im talking about is called (easy beats LE) obviously its on the iphone but im looking for it to work on my tp2 or an app similar to it

Yeah Griff does it too (and it's way better). Download the free demo at the link I posted. There are tutorial videos on that site too.

Griff does look like a good app but in looking at the images available describing it, i only see images of using a guitar a bunch of tuning options a piano What im looking for mainly is the drum pad. Thats the whole reason i liked the app on the iphone

The piano is a sampler. There are many included drum kits you load into it. you can also use any samples you might have on your storage card (including drum kits). There are also drum synths but loading a kit into the sampler is the way to go.

I got 2 on my phone,Don't Remeber where i got them from but I know they were free.Google them.

omniano band edition is fairly decent with a few different drum pads.

Thanks Griff seems to be a good program, still messing with it, but before now never heard of it. I do this for somewhat of a living, and the sequencer is alright for being on a phone.

Yeahm I hear ya. I'm a semi pro myself (do all my stuff in Cubase) and I've been using Griff for years now.

Griff is about all you can ask for on a phone. If it recorded multitracks too then it would really be complete. Meteor does that though. So Griff and Meteor combined give you a real DAW on your phone.
