Re: Verizon Insurance Policy
I think many of the users who have been allowed to swap from a TP2 to another phone are usually those who are on the 3rd or 4th replacements(if they have been using Asurion for the replacements, then they have essentially paid for a new phone regardless of type). I recently used Asurion to replace my TP2 because of the radio failing, but they sent me another TP2 next day.

Check out this thread:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=122219 I've had 4 TP2's and was going on a fifth one and they offered me a free Droid Incredible. The back order is ridiculous though. Ugh Check out that thread Also, don't pay 100 bucks. You have a one year warranty. Use it to get a free refurb. Or try what I did

Re: Verizon Insurance Policy
But was it physically damaged. If not then it is covered under warranty.

Re: Verizon Insurance Policy
If you bought the TP2 new, then you should still be covered under warranty. Call Verizon and they'll send you a replacement free of charge. It'll most likely be a refurb, but then it's still covered under the warranty.

Re: Verizon Insurance Policy
Yeah...the phone is kinda beat up though from previously. But it only stopped working when like a spot came on the screen and it stopped working. Would that be my fault?

Re: Verizon Insurance Policy
So lets say you took a little better care of your phone maybe it would not be in as bad of shape and you might not be having issues with it?
