Re: Play TP2 in car through Auxiliary??
Na, I didn't have to do anything special. It should work, kinda like when you have a pair of regular headphones in. The dual mic should just pick it up.......

Re: Play TP2 in car through Auxiliary??
mine is plugged straight in to a aux in spot on the front of my deck and it works (pioneer avh-3100). when plugged in, mike turns on during calls and my wife says it is very clear.
also, for sound, make sure your phone is turned all the way up. I only go a couple spots above my normal radio to get the same volume.

Re: Play TP2 in car through Auxiliary??
i agree... the phones volume needs to be up AND the volume in whatever player ur using needs to be up as well.. so you have 2 volume settings you need to make sure are up... then u should be good...
i use the cassette adapter for my Yukon.. dont feel like taking my dash apart for the aux connection.. i use the Y cable at home for my stereo though... been doing that since back with the mogul and using the dongle... i get amazing sound in my car using the cassette method, so if your not getting premium sound out of yours, just check your settings... advanced config also has a setting to disable the 100db limit thats set by default

Re: Play TP2 in car through Auxiliary??
For future reference for people that might look at this thread and buying this cable, make sure that the RCA in the back of the stereo is indeed for AUX in and not for an AMP.

Re: Play TP2 in car through Auxiliary??
For those who have it
How does the phone respond to A high number of songs on the phone say 8 gb or so? Is the random play actually random or does it play the same songs in order just in "random order"? |

Re: Play TP2 in car through Auxiliary??
Been doing that with an almost full 16GB card since November. Never a problem. Sometimes, using the HTC music tab player, I'll get several (never more than 3) cuts from one album, but I actually don't mind!
