cant install the hard spl
 

i just got tp2 replaced and trying to unlock with hard spl and keep getting error 246...i dont know whats up and bout to give up for now..i think it gotta be this new hard spl cab ??

You have to make a donation. If it is a replacement phone, it recognizes that you have used the HSPL before. You need to click make donation and give the minimum (or more :thumbleft:). Min is between $5-10. Hope this helps
