Is there a way to grab and EASILY send a persons email/phone info via text without sending their whole vcard?

Lately my phone has been very laggy, and slow to open programs. been having freezing issues as well. im on stock Sprint 6.5 ROM.

-How do I increase speed?
-Can I safely delete anything that will make the system snappier?
-Has there been any new updates that I have missed?
-A program to download from the Marketplace that will help resolve some issues?

Not ready to flash to a custom ROM yet, just want the performance I had when I first loaded the new Sprint ROM

clean ram speeds things up, no updates you missed but i would highly recommend unlocking and flashing a custom rom.

it is missing 1 big feature though so you'll also need an app to clean up all the temp files such as http://www.freewareppc.com/utilities/cleartemp.shtml

copy/paste is a PITA, I wish windows had a similar feature, one touch kind of control like BlackBerry does. VCard is sweet, but a lot of times I dont need to send the whole vcard, or it contains sensitive info.

Just installed cleartemp from the .cab link, and from that web link. Cant find it on my phone. Saved to storage card. Any ideas......?

or install SK Tools & use the clean feature, that does everything at once (+ a million other things).

+ 1 for all and Sktool,CleanRam,and Cleantemp...make sure u clean regularely and set your IE,Opera CACHE and all that is possible to SD

Can't think of anything for #1.
But for #2, definitely get CleanRAM.
Also, stock ROMs tend to be slow. Try using a custom one from here, such as a MightyROM.
