Either a bad cable or a bad port. My guess is that it's a bad cable if it works okay with the RAZR cable. Take it to a sprint store, or any other hardware store and they'll most likely be able to confirm what's wrong with it.

I don't think Sprint is going to do much for him being that He is on Verizon.

Well guys, I called over to Verizon Customer Service, and it turned out "incredible" ;)

They are sending me a BRAND NEW in the box Droid Incredible for free! I get to keep my current TP2 as well! It still runs perfect, charges fine (with mini USB cable, not HTC cable), it just won't sync to computer.

I think I came out pretty well :D
