memory leak on stock sprint 6.5 TP2

Has anyone else noticed the RAM usage creeping up steadily each hour after a restart. I started at about 100mb ram useage and since than i have brought the phone out of standby only to check the memory use and in 8 hours it has creep up to 145 mb. I did hard rest on my phone last night and have diabled sense and using spb mobileshell with no other open program.

It is most likely not a memory leak, rather the operating system is caching programs and data as it goes along.
