Sprint TP2 to AT&T

Sorry if it is here, but I could not find it. I might be selling my TP2 to a friend, he has AT&T, since our phone has a sim card, can it be programmed or a custom rom made so it will work on AT&T?

i dont believe youll get 3g data with a sim card.

I believe that to be correct, the gsm radio doesnt have 3g support for the us to my knowledge.
