Where is data services?? SOLVED
 

I can't find "data services" as under "settings" so that I can mess with my FB updates - I'm on MightyRom from 2/10 this year. It's driving me CRAZY that I can't find it and I'm not sure where to find it. I've done some searching on the forums but haven't seen anything helpful yet. I'd be SUPER appreciative if someone could help this noob :)

Yea, even when I have the FB app open, my menu only gives me "update status, add video/photo, log out, about" as options - nothing for "settings". And I should probably also specify that I want to I'm trying to get my phone contacts to update properly with their linked FB profiles - it's stored stuff from a 4/6 update and won't update anything after that. I think I may have changed my fb password after that, but I can't figure out where in my phone that I can input the new password (except inside the application, which doesnt affect my contacts one bit)

im sorry, i dont know. im not on facebook. i could only imagine that it would have to somewhere within the app. sorry i couldnt help...

There are a couple ways,
In Sense, slide to the settings tab, hit data services. Or,
Go to Start/Album, click albums on bottom left, then hit Facebook tab on bottom.
Or, go to a contact, slide the bottom slider to updates and events.

Sorry to be such a bother...unfortunately I've looked in the settings tab (Sense 2.1) and there's no "data services" option. When I go to updates/events for a contact and tell it to "update now" it will say "updating" and then it posts things from 4/6. Anyone know how to change the FB password inside of sense? I'm not sure why I don't have the sense options that other people do :/

on the settings tab, did you try all settings on the bottom left soft key?

WOW. I am an idiot. For the record, "data services" is no where to be found on my ROM (and trust me, I've looked everywhere). But I just realized that the sense link to my FB account was in my contact card and updating my password there fixed everything.
