TP2 in China

Is there any way to make the TP2 (or any Verizon phone) work in China? I know that China is GSM only but isn't the TP2 dual band? Not an expert on how CDMA/GSM work.

The Sprint Version is a worldwide phone and has a Sim Slot. I would like to think that would work.

there has 3 networks available in china now,

GSM/WCDMA launched by CHINA UNICOM,

GSM/TD-SCDMA launched by CHINA MOBILE,

CDMA/EVDO by CHINA TELECOM

all TP2 bought in the USA could be use in china, just different network provider
