Change the Name of Wifi Router
 

Is there anyway to change the name of the Wifi Router?? Reason being is because me and my wife are using the same ROM and both wifi's wont show up at the same time. Its called Wifi-Router so is there a way to change mine to like Wifi-Router2??

Dont know about yours but my wifi router you can simply change the name right there in the program. I am running Medium hill rom, not sure which version it is.

I am on Vin's Plutonium right now and I can change it in the program, but it doesnt stick when I try to start it. It just reverts back to the default. And are you referring to the program that has the wifi router name and password? Or some other program??

yes, and your right its doesnt stick. There's got to be a regedit with that info.

Haha Nice avatar! I figured it out. When I am in the wifi Router settings. There is a box for the network name and network wep password. I just changed the name and hit start and the name I put shows up in my available wifi connections. Thanks for the help.
