Used Tp2 from my wife's upgrade, who should contact Sprint if a replacement is needed
 
So I used my wife's upgrade discount to get a TP2 and activated on my account, now I found 3-4 bright pixels on the LCD screen, and I'm still within 30 days. Which one of us should contact Sprint then for the replacement? If my wife needs to contact Sprint, should we do an ESN swap and let her account has this TP2?

If you activated the phone on your account then the 30 day trial would go on your account. If you bought the phone online they will probably want you to send it back to them.

do the ESN swap to get it back on your wifes number, then go to a corporate store. OR you can leave it on your number, visit a Service Center, and more often than not, the depot sends BNIB phones for the TP2
