question on dialing when using SIM from different countries
so I had my phone unlocked for a trip to Taiwan 2 weeks ago. I popped in the local carrier's SIM and it works great. However, every time I need to make an outbound call, I have to type the number like I was calling from the US (+866........). It's really annoying cuz when I miss a call I can't just hit talk to call back the missed number. I have to retype the whole thing with the international crap in front of it. Is there any option so I don't have to type the +866 stuff every time? I tried changing the regional settings to Taiwan but that didn't help.

from the dialer screen, choose menu then assisted dialing settings and set them to the country that you are in.
