Magicall, as mentioned, lets you do this by picking up and dropping the call. In my experience, there is a 2-3 second period during which the call is actually connected :/

ive been using magic call for about 3 or 4 years now ... i think. anyways the only problem that i had with it that if you set the call to pick up and drop call it will actually switch lines to do it so if you are in an active call the person you are trying to pick up and hang up on will be on the line with you for those few seconds but you may not know its them |
