I understand adobe is not going to develop flash for win mobile 6.5!!! But its been a while now and with the roms and tweaks around and the fact that skyfire almost does flash is there any hope for having flash 10 on my tp2 or at least a good browser that will run all flash content?:-\"

Re: tp2 and flash player 10 support
Well if skyfire ever gets it straight they are gonna have a heck of a lot more followers! I guess i will wait and see if skyfire gets better! If anyone hears of a better browser or a fix for this i would love to know! Thanks for your responses! DOES ANDROID DO FLASH? I am very suprised that someone here or at xda hasn't looked into this more! I had thought maybe!!!!!!!!!

Re: tp2 and flash player 10 support
I don't think any phone has full flash yet. Adobe is supposed to release it for the PalmPre soon (in weeks even days?). I think there are hacked versions of opera that do some flash, but it's not better than skyfire.

Here is a thread at xda that contains info on getting flash running on Opera, not sure how well it works though...

Re: tp2 and flash player 10 support
Honestly, the TP2 would bog right down if it rendered full Flash 10 on our end.
Skyfire is the best option at this point. Microsoft has been putting off integrating Flash for the purposes of wanting to implement it's own variation, known as Silverlight. Adobe has just announced recently, that full Flash Support is coming, but I have heard that for over a year now. They claim to have an Android Beta set to release some time in the near future as well. |
