Exchange "sent" box

Where is it? I can see it in folder view, but it's always empty. Doesn't show sent messages

You have to go to the email-Menu-Tools-Manage Folders-Select the folder (Sent)-OK, then do a Send/Receive. You are all set.

Either form the email screen, or from the icon from the start menu, there is no "tools" to be found?

When you're looking at the Inbox, hit Menu...and scroll down and Tools will be on the list.
