Sprint Touch Pro 2 after 6.5 update issue...
 

I have a few issues with mainly the sms and email after my sprint 6.5 upgrade that I have not been able to find any fixes for.

1. I cannot make any new emails or sms messages using the "new" selection in the menus.
2. I cannot reply to any emails and it gives me the "reply all" soft key which doesnt work either.

I am able to create and reply only to texts from my contacts but cannot make an sms from scratch. Wonder if anyone else is having these issu

Q...

1. What ROM are using? Stock 6.5? or Cooked ROM 6.5?
2. Any cab files you've installed since upgrading to 6.5?

Worst case do a hard reset of the phone, but make sure to backup your contacts and files before you do. If you installed some cabs then remove them one by one and check to see if the problem gets resolved...

I experienced the same problem,being lazy i just did a hard reset instead of investigating.

Delete windows\webview.dll and reboot. you may have a copy from a restore. I had the same issue and did the hard reset/selective restore till I found the culprit. Once the rom's dll was loaded, it worked.
