Contacts problem!!!
 

Hi, everyone. I'm using this phone for a couple of weeks and i cannot say that i am not happy. There are some problems but i'm trying to fix them. One of the problems is that when i connected to my MSN (Windows Live Messenger), all my MSN contacts were downloaded and added to my main telephone contacts. Every time i am searching for a friend to call and go to contacts, i see 200 useless MSN contacts. Is there a way i can set my contacts only to show my real contacts and not MSN friends? Also, is there a way to show or select only SIM contacts and not ALL?

When you connected to msn, the live application should have given you the option to sync EMail/contacts etc - start the windows live application, menu, options, sync options - uncheck the 'store windows live contacts in your mobile phone's contact list'

I just tried that but it doesn'e let me uncheck the option. It's like hidden :(

When you setup your Windows Live account on your phone you have to be very carful not to blaze through the options when setting it up. When you click on next make sure you uncheck stuff you don't want.....I did this once and ended up doing a Hard Reset to the phone to fix the problem. Learned my lesson on that...

Same goes for Yahoo and AOL.....so be careful.
