Where are my quick menus?

I just recieved my refurb tp2 from sprint and for some reason I can't find my quick menu, so I can pull it back up to open my internet brower etc. When I get out of opera I have to restart from my home page to get back in. Thanks in advance everyone

make sure you have the sprint update instead of the 1st stock rom. if you have a metallic like grey and orange skinned touchflo then you need to update the sprint rom
