yea, cleanRAM does that. i had 77MB in my programs memory tab, not storage, and when i ran clean RAM it freed up .78 MB. Just like a computer, the longer your phone is on and running and even if you use a task manager to close programs, there are still processes running in the background. To free it up use either cleanRAM or soft reset

yea i do that to in the meantime.....but im afraid if i get a new phone (evo?) that the txt messages will not sync to a new phone.

with sprint 6.5, don't select the option to close all programs in clean ram. it will crash your phone.

Have you tried using AutoClean from SK Tools? It should be free to use the auto clean function.

I cleared up like 10mb of ram from my Rom with this handy little app, WIMR (where is my ram). I deleted some of the unnecessary bloatware that I have no use for-like some of Sprint's apps that I can't use on metro pcs and some wma ringtones. You can delete anything using this app, so be careful...do a backup of your phone in case you delete something wrong and have to do a hard reset.

This app worked good on my touch pro and touch pro 2. Oldie but goodie.

Anyway to make it stop creating a new cache folder and just read it from sd card?My rom just want from 126 mb to 152,but as i opened up albums it created a new folder.
