How to replace sense ui sliders with tf3d sliders

how would i replace the sense 2.5 ui sliders with the old black and white tf3d sliders? do i have to cook a new rom with these? or would i be able to just create a cab?

You may want to check out GTX sense 2.5. It comes with the theme which looks exactly like touch flo theme. You may find the cab at http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...90#post5596590.
