New HTC Touch Pro 2 user needs Helps
 
Ok just got updated from a TP1 to a TP2 by Sprint! Yay! Now I am having some difficulty on how to get rid of the cluttered home screen.

I want to have a transparent clock.. get rid of the quick links, and only show the missed calls and voice mail.. in other words I want to make my screen more useful for my wallpaper by going to more of the TP1 format. Right now I can't even see the wallpaper and I can't flip my clock out of the way like I could in TP1. So I need some advice as a new user on where to locate these mods.

sound like you need the cookie home tab mod. im at werk and dont have a lot of time to browse, but just search for that. it will give you the option to add or remove completely the quick links or just hide em and flick up to bring em back. also, it will put the missed calls/calender back. hope this helps.

Post # 4 of the following link provided a link to download a transparent clock that confirmed to work with Sprint WinMo 6.5.

heres cookie home tab---here and at xda make sure your on manila 2.5, even better if you upgraded to the sprint 6.5 rom

Thanks Cookie Home Tab worked great.. BTW where the heck is the Owner ID set in the TP2? I have a software that needs to have it set for my registration but I can't find it anywheres!

Nope, it's not there anymore by default. You can enable own information icon to show up under settings again by registry hack.
