Re: POP e-mail setup
You have to be paying for pop forwarding and be a premium customer to use that service. It costs about $29/year and you know all those ads you see in yahoo mail, you don't see them with premium yahoo account. I know, I have had one for about 10 years and it's worth it.

will the tp2 push pop email to our phones? |
Re: POP e-mail setup
its not push, its pull email. every so often (15 min,30 min) the email client will check the servers to see if you have any mail and then route it to the device for you to view.

Re: POP e-mail setup
Somebody pleeeeeeeeez help me get my " ymail " account working on my TP2.
appreciate all help. |
Re: POP e-mail setup
Set it up manually by typing in an incorrect server name. I type in yahooooo.com, rather than yahoo.com. Since the phone doesn't have any automatic setup for yahooooo.com, it lets me enter everything manually. After setting it up, I then go back and edit it back to yahoo.com
