Please Make Stock Verizon ROM With Updated Manila
 

I don't know how to make custom ROMs or cook my own. I love some of the ROMs out there but unfortunately for now I need to use VZ Navigator with my phone due to some routing features it has that are hard to find in other 3rd party GPS apps and none of the ROMs I've liked work with it.

I really like the look and setup of Manila 2.5, but the WM 6.5 update for Verizon only has 2.1 on it still.

Can someone make a ROM based off the OEM WM6.5 Verizon ROM and just update it with Manila 2.5? Any other features that I use I can just install when I need them.

they are alot out there just like what you asked for just look and read the ROM list, they are some chefs on Verizon.

Nope...search, and there is lots of vzw stuff available in cab, and can be installed in any ROM. But if you insist on having a stock ROM with updated manila, then you probably will have to start cooking!:evil4:

I've been searching for the past hour or so for a 2.5 cab. I'm not able to find anything besides cabs for the Imagio. I have USC, any chance of Sense 2.5 in cab form for the stock USC ROM?

Imagio cab should work as it is a WVGA device too.

I thought it had to be cooked as well, I searched around a bit and that was the impression I got. Could you please post a file or like for this cab?

NEPATR1OTS said he made a ROM for me and I'll try it out ASAP.

The only reason I need the stock ROM is bc VZ Navigator does not work with any custom cooked ROMs I have tried, and no one seems to care to correct this in their ROMs. I need VZ Navigator for its ability to do Truck Routing, which I have yet to find a suitable WM compatible GPS program to do this. Other than that I would love to use a nice cooked ROM.

Hmmm will it also work on the USCC stock ROM? :scratch: And will it require a hard reset for it to work?
