Tethering Issues after 6.5
 

Let me first say that I am a legit "phone as modem" user that has the flag on my account. I am using Sprint 6.5 stock rom on the TP2 and cannot change ROMs because my phone must be encrypted for work.

After the 6.5 ROM upgrade my bluetooth tethering has only worked twice. I have tried it at least 25 times. Phone and computer are properly paired and Activesync works fine both via cable and bluetooth.

When attempting to tether via USB I always get the "waiting for network" message. WIFI tethering works fine but I prefer to tether via Bluetooth because I find it drains less battery and is faster.

The actual message I get is "Phone as modem connecting..." But 99% of the time it doesn't work.

Anyone else able to tether via bluetooth?
