you have to put your phone into DMR mode by dialing ##DIAG# first. you also are going to need drivers. if you google qpst drivers, you will see what i'm talkin about.

Stopped using Task29 and just flash to stock and clear storage and flash to what ever I want and I haven't had anymore problems. I will see if that is the culprit.

i did some experiments the other day and forgot to let you know. I can flash the verizon stock rom and do a clear storage (hard reset) and my phone wil no longer be activated. This is normal on the vzw tp2. When this happens the roaming icon will be blinking and the phone will tell me to dial *228 to activate phone. While i was deactivated I went into EPST and looked at my msid and mdn and it was a bunch of zeros then 4 numbers on the end. Same exact thing you're describing. I got out of the epst and dialed *228 option 1 and everything fixed, like normal. My phone also deactivates when doing a clear storage (hard reset) on certain custom roms.

hmmmm...see if I try to dial 228 I get the roaming network...hmmm thanks for th info though, must be something wrong with updating the prl on some roms

Install the PRI from the USC Shipped rom, then do a RTN

he cant get RTN to work. I cant get RTN to work on my verizon tp2 either. Not that i need to do it...just to see if it works.
