ActiveSync stop syncing after a few hours

I can't figure out why I having this issue. I have my work Exchange server syncing wireless on my phone. I didn't have any problem with 6.1 but ever since I updated with the Stock 6.5 ROM, it will sync for about 2 hours then stop syncing, it will still say connected. The only way to get it going again is to Soft Reset the phone. It get tiring to keep resetting the phone.

Got it working....Just updated the radio to 2.32.00WU (from 2.23.00WU) and now everything is working, no freezing or anything :-)
