Company Directory not showing
 

I have the new Sprint ROM and now cannot access my "company directory" in contacts. I have a coworker with the original ROM and can still access the directory. Is there a registry setting I can change to search the directory again or am I missing something? Thanks.

I know this doesn't help you, but I have the new Sprint ROM as well and can access my Company Directory over ActiveSync fine when compiling emails and "Check Names" as well as through Contacts -> Menu -> Company Directory and searching...

If there's a different way you're accessing Company Directory, I can try that as well to compare.

Maybe try re-flashing the ROM and/or deleting and re-adding your ActiveSync server?

I am using activesync for my corporate email and am having this problem. If I go to contacts > all contacts > menu, the "company directory" is gray.

If I compose a new email and do check name, I have company directory as an option.

I know it was there in 6.1 but do not remember if it has been since I loaded 6.5 last weekend.
