Any harm in removing pkoutlook.exe from Startup folder?
 

I deleted it from there to speed up the boot process, but didnt think if it would affect anything... thanks..

probably only affects your email... if you don't sync your phone with your email than you should be fine... although i use mine so i kept it in.

it affects active sync and i believe your contacts, as its basically a mini outlook on your phone.
