Incoming text messages are 1 hour ahead

All of my incoming texts are timestamped one hour ahead of my actual time. Thinking it may be something to do with DST, but don't know. Anyone know of a fix? I've hard reset, soft rest, flashed back to stock and then back to the latest Mightyrom and nothing fixed.
