WMP opens after hanging up?
 

Hey guys - I haven't been able to test this too extensively, but it seems like my Windows Media Player randomly opens after I hang up from a call (that I've initiated). Here's how I've been able to repeat the process:

1) go to Contacts tab
2) select a contact (which goes to their card)
3) call contact
4) hang up (from headset button)
5) don't touch phone, it goes back to contact card
6) Windows Media Player's library screen comes up

It's entirely possible that my headset's hook button is somehow starting WMP, I suppose. It never did so in WM6.1, so I'm a little baffled as to where to start on this mystery.

Anyone have this problem? I searched the forum but didn't see anything similar. I've got the TP2 through Sprint, with stock 6.5 (minor reg tweaks, nothing too heavy). I use the wired headset that comes with it.

Yeah I'd definitely say ur headset is coordinating with your phone some how because I've never ran into that issue before, or even seen it posted up... So my first guess would be try an alternative method of hanging up without your headset and see how it works... Sometimes headsets can activate voice command features too..

I figured it'd be something easy like the headset button being the culprit.
